swapped out my 30" revos's for my 31" BFG's. installed my T-case drop, added spacers to the steering stops.
gotta say 31's on a 4" lift look SMAAAALLLLL!!!!!! much more agressive than the 30's tho.
hopefully by the end of the week I should have the alignment done.

The moral of this story is to make sure they only deal with the recall and tell them they can't do any service that they are going to charge for. Keep them honest. I know Chrystler is in trouble, but I'm not going to help them by getting worked over. Let us know how it goes.

UPDATE ; Got a reply from Chrysler LLC today with good news
They tell me they are happy to confirm that the work has not been done and to go to the nearest Jeep stealer and arrange for an inspection of the work to be done. AND the recall services are performed FREE of charge

That would be this Friday.

Thanks Guy's, this would not have happend if it hadn't been for this site.

Glad to hear it. That is what the forum is for. I find something and see if others could benefit. We're in the same boat, but my Jeep dealer is trying to squeeze me for some muffler work. My dad had his XJ's Cat on recall and they didn't blink an eye. I hope yours goes smoothly.

Got tired of "Lil Red" marking his territory.
Went to A/Z and got a new valve cover gasket.

Discovered that he has a thirst for tranny fluid too.
Where is it going?
No clue. But I did see some ultra-copper around the transpan and the ever popular wetness.

Valve cover tomorrow.
Perhaps tranny pan this w/e

Bit the bullet and decided to give Lil Red a set of A-pillar light mounts.
Started prepping and snapping more pics.
Thanks to Clay's help and input, these will be mounted at the lower location.

And thanks to a materials ordering mix-up, there just MAY be snorkel-friendly A-pillar mounts coming.
Pics to come.

Dropped mine off at the shop to have my air conditioning and radiator fan, as well as the evap purge solenoid problems resolved. I think it's an electrical problem. Anything beyond fuses is beyond my know-how.
