there are 4 there - XJ main, cut Dakota Main, Dakota 3rd, and XJ 4th

 

Youre right... Still doesnt look like a whole lot. Just used to seeing my gazillion-leaf leaf springs.

 

I may add a 5th depending how I like what I get out of this setup.

 

finally changed my rear driveshaft u-joint, the 2 caps that were in the ds holes had no bearings what so ever. it was a pain, but got it out and new one in. the straps i had on there were only 2 months old,but i bought new ones anyways,but they were brass and didnt fit and broke a bolt while putting it in and got lucky,it screwed out by hand. so i just used the 2 month old straps with 3 new bolts and 1 from before.

 

I was looking Into the VHt when i painted my front end, but went rust oleum instead. IMHO rust oleum is good but I don't like it to much for automotive, doesn't blend right

 

Knocked out a window and lost a mirror. Oh and the door is screwed lmao!!!

 

Drained my oil and removed all the oil pan boltso,prepping to drop the oil pan so I can replace the rear main seal which has a pretty bad leak.

 

damn Dan, looks like you had a close encounter with a dirt wall?

 

That first and then a tree finished it off lol

Seems I start rubbing up on stuff more after a fresh paint job lol

 

I got another door and more paint lol

 

I thought I was the only one that did that.
Only thing to get scratched is what has the fresh paint lol

 

Oh and my valve cover was loose. I tightend it down and my high idling problem went away.
I know how this makes sense. : )
