I don't bother with it. I half-assed my wheel wells and sprayed under real quick, but I'll chip off the dirt when the tie rod gets here. $10 in quarters, but I sprayed 'clearcoat protector' over it because, well...why not?

Theres your problem lol. The Navy and the Marine Corps. We have the USMC JRTOC at my High School, and it's a tough battalion man. Especially since out 1st. Sgt. is ex-DI over in San Diego. But, I usually run outta quarters lol. But anyways, thanks for your service to this great country.

Thanks, man. The Marines at the gate were cool. The three guys working were the three guys I talk Jeeps with cause they drive TJs. They were jealous cause they didn't get to go. An Army E-6 was giving me hell about it cause it 'looks bad on the unit.' "Your headlights are covered in mud, you can't even see out your windows, and it looks unprofessional!" "Uhh..I drove here before sunset, and I'm leaving after sunrise. I can see out all my windows just fine. It's called a hobby. And if you want a reason why it's unsafe, go find my passenger side mirror."

I just came in from painting my last black coats and just got the clear coat next. A lil mad I starting painting the header while it was lying down and I'm gonna have marks from that and unless I fully stripped it I can't get rid of em. Im standing it up now to do the final coats. Looks decent for a first time and I proud.

I also trimmed my fender liner and I love it. Blends in better. I forogt to take before pics but you get the idea

Today I stripped threads on the block trying to put new water pump on. Haven't retapped bolt holes before. Any help? PM me or reply on thread so we don't clutter this one.
