Edit: try this, I take it you're using a ratchet. Spray some pb blaster on the bolt threads and screw it back in and out a few times. Also hammer up from bottom. Could be a little rust that's holding it. After I get good and mad I usually mash it up lol
Wont torching it ruin the rubber bushing?

Anyways.. turning it doesnt move it in or out, just turns it.

I really like that blue trim over the dark red. Keeping it like that?

Well if it just turns it than that's different. I never ran into that on my rig but at work it happens and it sucks. Try using a
Jack under the area. Start loosing the bolt and use a long screwdriver and try prying as you unbolt. I'm thinking it stripped

It looks like the threads are out of the nut on the back side... not necessarily stripped. Get a jack and put just a little pressure right underneath the bolt on the axle to take some of the pressure off. Then get crafty with a pair of vice grips and pull hard.

Pulled heater core and box it was in also the box with evaporater core in it. Time to wait for parts. I thought heater core and evap core were in the same box but to my surprise they were separate.

Ive tried that...Not the smartest but I even hooked chain to the vice grips and yanked the other end of the chain with an atv. Atv would just spin. This is infuriating.

They are old BEEFY vice grips.
I still thought I was going to just rip the vise grips off.

I even tried chocking the ATV wheels with firewood and winching... didnt work.

Im going to ask my dad to keep this pair of vise grips.... Im beginning to regain my head now. And this whole ordeal is kind of humorous.
