haha thats awesome!!

i had some lights on my roof rails..but moved them to the inside. made it really cozy back there when i parked with the gf somewhere.

for me:

just drifting for me. gonna put my cb antenna back on and re-connect the ground so it works. then clean up the interior.

oh yeah! so i was passing my friend doing 65mph and he was doing 60 in his dakota on 33s. i was in his blind spot and he started coming over and didnt see me at all. i hit the brakes, they locked up, i started sliding sideways, my end cap clipped his rear bumper and slid me back straight. messed up the end cap and almost tore it off, so i tore it off when i got to the senior campus. he said sorry but he cut me off and if i hadnt clipped his truck, i wouldve gone sideways and fore surely rolled. so he almost killed me but saved my life..lol. then i stole my friends parking spot and he started backing into me (oldsmobile cutlass cierra) and bumped my bumper. started trying to push me back so i started pushing him and he tried backing up but i kept on pushing him forward as his tires were pouring out smoke.

ended up putting two holes in his fiberglass trunk from my bumper but he doesnt care about the car and we had a good laugh about it.

Trying to coax my passenger side shackle bolt out so I can put my TF shackles on but I'm running out of juice. It's been bathed in PB blaster repeatedly.

Dude, yet again... jeep wins. Would have loved to see that.

Got my replacement gas tank to fix this cracked one, also got a front "stock" skid and gas tank skid.

For thursday: Get tank swapped out, armor installed.

Cleaned, and cleaned, and cleaned the interior. I'll be steam cleaning the carpets and seats this weekend and applying some of the other recommendations given in an 'odor removal' thread on this forum.

Just a tip... I had some real deep stink in my interior from previous owner being a beer drinker, nuff said. I actually took out my flooring and hosed it off. Done and done. Took care of the stink and actually removed most other foreign agents too. It was a really good way to get to some of the spills that had gotten below the carpet.

That is my plan. I've got the rear seat pulled and the OEM cover pulled form the padding. THe padding has been febreezed and the cover carpet cleaned (steam cleaner this weekend). I hope to do the fronts this way too. I started working on pulling the carpet and got hung up on the seat belt mounts to the floor and some stubborn front seat bolts. They're setting in PB Blaster at the moment and I hope to get them pulled and the carpet pressure washed and steam cleaned this weekend as well.

Finally got my long tie rod end in the mail from Quadratec last weekend. So I istalled all new tie rod ends yesterday. And did an alignment myslef following go-jeep's guide. Went very well, and was super easy. Seems to have gotten rid of my front end wobble at 55mph+ too (). My trackbar was in perfect condition, but now with all that nice pretty new steering junk next to it, it's making me want a nice pretty new trackbar, and a tie rod, and, and, and... lol

I have a few things to say about this:
1. each new project just drops the barricade for some more.
2. Link that alignment guide, foo.
3. Shiiiiny (I give it a week, two if you live in dry, warm area (like AZ or NM or FL).

I got my ratchet straps for holding down my spare tire in place, also got my spare gas can for my tank project tomorrow. Got my reinforcement brackets for my front bumper back from my friend, still have to finish them.
