The new pipe might be a little bigger! Make sure they fit together before you remove the old one. I had to use my grinder to get them to slide together.
Ha ha I did. At first I though they didnt fit together right but thy slid right in

I don't know if you have access to a grinder with a cut off wheel, but that's the way I removed mine. It's all trash anyway. No reason to be nice to it.

It's on the van of course. Tomorrow I have my dewalt. I got some deep sockets today and spark plug sockets too for my tune up. I don't know what happened to all my tools over the years but I'm stocking up again. What size nuts are on the muffler though. 9/16 is too big and 16mm doesn't work either.

The clamp? Ugghhh I don't remember. The new ones are bigger or I would go check. Try 1\2.

Probably Later I'm gonna check again and spray again. It's the nuts on the muffler and cat bracket that I'm having an issue with. I'll figure it out, I just wanna get this sucker in so I can sctrach this repair off and worry about windshield, tires, and plugs before winter

You have an '01 mine didn't have a bracket there. I just cut my tailpipe off behind the cat!
Windshield I had replaced. Suprisingly I called royal auto glass, I had great results! I don't know if you guys have them up there but they were cheap and great!
Tires, I have firestone destination m\t's. I love them.
Plugs I went with champion stock plugs!

Just got back from the junk yard got a longer rear brake hose from a 89 dodge van. As I'm gettin the hose I look over at a guy taking a lift off the front of a Cherokee and I see him cut the brake line and as I looked closer the hose he cut was a stainless steel line I was so pissed he had no idea what he was doing I asked him if he knew what he was doing and he just looked at me & then I told him how much $$$ he just cut and still no reaction... Sorry bout that just had to get it off my chest because I needed them... and he just took the front springs !!!!WTF!!!!

Got my new tires and rims on! What a difference a 3 inch lift and wheels make! I'm very happy with the result. They are bf goodrich tko's with cragar chrome trick rims. The bad news is I noticed I have a pretty bad exhaust leak. Looks like a new exhaust is next!
