What color to paint rims.

I want to paint the rims on my white jeep black. Should I go with flat, semi-flat, matte, or gloss? They are steel. Thanks

Personal preference really... And I'm pretty sure that flat and matte are the same. Could veering though. Like flat/matte black. Then clear coat and more flat on top of that. Cause for the life of me I can never find a flat clear coat so it'll gloss up the flat paint just a tad. Not bad though
