What bumper is this?

I've been searching for a bumper that would extend to near flush with Bushwacker flares. Seems this guy found one...or made one. Where can I find a bumper like this?

looks like a custom one made from arb bumpers,its definably an Australian jeep heres a link to a site with a similar bumper that this guy made from 2 arbs.
