Default What is this?

I am taking off my bumper to install the new NAT's bumper. I had to remove a vacuum hose. This was attached to the bumper. The hose goes to the manifold. There are a bunch of "T" but nothing connects to them.

What is it?

Vacuum ball, controls your AC, 4x4, and cruise control,

Re-mount inside hood or under fender or deson't matter?

The vacuum line goes straight to intake. Few "T" but connects to nothing. Maybe cruise control I don't have?

I moved mine to under the hood, just unplug it and rerun the hoses, I put it behind the battery, in that gap on top the oil filter. It just has to do with the vacuum system, controls more than what I listed but not sure what else
