Default Well done Jcr Offroad

All too often people will get on a forum and complain about poor customer service, granted there's times when it is appropriate. I ordered some parts for my xj a couple weeks ago and when they showed up there was no hardware for the 3 parts, no big deal everyone makes mistakes. I called Jcr and spoke with I think Allen, he was very apologetic and he had the hardware order ready to go and sent that day. The new order came in 2 days instead of the typical 5 so that was nice, but when I opened this one up it was still missing a hardware pack(it's only bolts... I can buy bolts). So I call Jcr again and spoke with Allen again more or less to just inform him that things are slipping by in the shipping dept. ( can't fix it if you don't know it's broke) When he heard that something was missing again he would not let me off the phone until he did something to "make my transaction acceptable". He offered money back and I refused ( well above the cost of the bolts)but I couldn't say no to a t shirt. Sorry for the novel, but I just wanted to give a thumbs up to them on excellent customer service.

From what I've heard about JCR, that's pretty unusual. Everything I've gotten from them, albeit not much so far, has been spot-on and service is quick and excellent.

Thanks for sharing, it's nice to hear about when companies get stuff right. Most folks are all too eager to share bad experiences, and the times when service is great don't seem to get a lot of attention.

I'm happy to hear they care and tried their hardest to make it right.

Sounds professionally done, those shops and services should observe quality standards.

Hm something must have been going on in their shipping dept recently because the upper quarter panel armor I ordered was missing some hardware as well. I needed the hardware ASAP so I just went to Home Depot (only a couple bucks, not a big deal). Maybe I should've spent the time and called JCR as well.
