Default Weird metal scraping noise

So when im driving 25 or faster there is a metallic scraping noise coming from what sounds like right underneath the drivers seat. It goes away as im slowing down to stop and doesnt do it when idleing. I took a video to record the sound but dont know how to upload it on here.

rotary like something that rotates, get on/off gas , does it change, hit brakes, ease on brakes, slightly move, pull park brake.

On the back side of the TC there are 2 hex plugs ( 10mm iirc) one high and one low. Remove the higher plug and the fluid should be level with the bottom of the hole. Make sure you are on a level surface.

Yup, the shift forks have plastic friction pads on them. If the fluid gets too low the plastic will melt off allowing the aluminum fork to rattle. Also a stretched chain will drag the bottom of the case and cause a similar noise. If it's really low the damage is done and you'll either have to overhaul the case or replace it.

I checked the fluid and it was a half quart low. I just ordered a new chain and sprockets for the case. Should i get a shift fork too?
