is the wagoneer same as the cherokee?

not the full size ones of course but the smaller ones have the same unibody(neither have a frame) as the cherokee but they do have a couple differences all i can think of off the top of my head is the front grille and headlights and the tail lights and most of them came with pimpin woodgrain on the outside

yeah no prob heres a good pic to show the difference of the front 87waggy on the right my 89 xj on the left and yeah a piece of crap yota in the middle

Hey another question on the waggy. Did they come with a different rear driveshaft set-up? I found one in the junk yard that had no slip yoke but also had no double cardan joint just a single u-joint on either end. I'm pretty sure it was an NP231. I was just wondering if that was something factory or if the PO did that.

i dont think its a waggy thing they have the same parts/pieces as a regular xj it just depends on what year/make/model kind of a thing or could have been something the po did for sure you never know with these things
