I presume you're using the browser. Two ways:
1) Go to the thread. Click "Thread Tools" at the top right. "Unsubscribe"
2) Click "Quick Links" on the top banner, "Subscribed Threads" and then click the boxes for the threads from which you wish to unsubscribe. Scroll down and change the drop-down box to "Delete Subscription" and click "Go"
