Default unibody vs BOF

I heard unibody frames will crack and bend easier than BOF when offroad. is this true. if so how can i tell my frame has been damaged over the years.

the frames will bend and crack if wheeled hard

do all your doors and rear gate open nice and easy? if so then 90% chance the main structure is good

^x2 Check around the doors to see if the jams at the bottom are torn.

If it is good now and you plan to wheel hard or alot then I would go with stiffeners. Best thing I did to my XJ. made it ride better on the street also...tightend everything up...then welded my sliders to them and that it all the more stiffer
