Default Unibody or support damage?

Ok so I bought a 96 Jeep Cherokee Sport a couple of weeks ago for $825. The only big problem to it was that the PO hit a tree with the front bumper. When I took off the bumper the Unibody or the support was smushed in. I'm wondering if it is the support or the Unibody and how I should go by fixing it. I'll post pics in a few mins

a body shop should be able to fix that fairly easily. ive half arsed straightened stuff out like that with a chain and a tree and some hammering.
