Default Trouble positioning fog lights due to proximity to grill

So a couple weeks ago I went on and installed my Hella fog lights in the factory holes on the front bumper. Due to the construction of the back of the light housing, I have a problem aiming my left (as looking at it from outside the jeep) fog light because it is resting snugly on the grill and already applying pressure to the grill. No problem with the right one as this bulge fits nicely in between the slots of the grill.....

I'm sure someone has encountered this...did you cut the grill, move the light?

Just looking for the easiest solution and to not spend anymore $$$

I would simply move the lights.
