Default Trackbar bolt

How do I remove this?

And for that matter... do I even need to remove it for my lift install.
BDS instructions say to do so.... but rough country does not?

You just keep loosening it. There is a metal piece in their that it tightens onto onto. The metal piece it tightens to is a nut with a bent L shaped metal piece that stick out so you can grab it. This should be the easiest part of getting the track bar off.
