Default Today is the day!!

Just dropped my junk off at C&M gearworks in Springfield MO to get some 4.88's put in with a Detroit in the rear and an ELocker for the front! WHOO HOOO!

Can't wait to get it back. Just in time for cooler weather and wheeling season!

So far this year, I have done a complete exhaust system from the header back, new brake system (lines, hoses etc) with disc brake upgrade for the rear, 4.5" Clayton Long-arm radius-arm lift, SYE with Adams Custom Driveshaft, Curries Currectlync steering upgrade, 33x12.50 Hankook MT's on Steel Pro-Comp 97's, JCR unibody tie-in with steering spacer, Dirtbound Offroad Extended Shackle plate for bumpstops, and will take delivery any day now, for my Hanson Tire Carrier bumper that I will be installing as soon as it gets here.

Lots of work, but I really like what it looks and feels like now, am sure that I will like it even better with the gears and lockers.

Didn't know that I needed to ask a question, was just wanting to brag a little about what I have done so far this year.

I see you picked a great bunch of parts to go into your XJ all excellent choices. The lockers are top notch also and when I installed my gears and lockers they were the best single off road mod to date on my XJ.

Remember one thing though lockers will get you a lot of places if on strange trails, a winch is required to get you out at times. This I know from experience

Thanks Fred/NOAZZ, I did a ton of research on here, asked a lot of questions etc. Winch is next on my list of upgrades for sure. Thanks for the encouragement and words of wisdom!

I forgot one thing take the wife along to hook the winch up for you, mine loves that most of all in the mud or water
