I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport. I want to put a cheap pair of all terrain tires because I just recently purchased this vehicle and the tires don't have a lot of tread left. The tire size recommend on the door is 215/75r15 but the ones that are on my jeep right now are 225/75r15. There aren't a lot of nicer all terrain tires for all either size. I was wondering If using a pair of 235/75r15 would be to big and would mess anything up. Also if anyone know if any tires fitting my needs for around $100 a piece that would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If you have 4wd you need to keep the same size tires on the front as on the rear.

 

Wal mart is selling goodyear wranglers for 74.50 right now. 235/75/15 thats what i run on my 98

 

 

You can pick up General grabber AT2s from tire rack or type buyer for around 100 in the 215 or 225.
