actually after doing a little more research and watching some videos Idk that I in fact do have death wobble... between 50 n 60 mph my jeep shakes but not to the point where I feel like I'm losing control of the vehicle or anything. it shakes pretty good but nothing to the point where I have to throw my other hand on the wheel or where I feel like I'm going to lose control or something..,am I wrong about having death wobble?

I'd say you have the early stages of death wobble. Probably be best to check the front end out and take care of it before it gets worse. Doesn't take long for not bad go to real bad.

You ran over a Sasquatch and it's trying to get out. Happened to me one time.

Could be anything.

Motor mounts, trans mount, control arm bushings, trac bar, bad shocks, bad ujoint in axle or drive shaft....

Gotta look yourself, we can't really poke around from the internet.

Can't speak for the noise, but the shake kind of sounds like you have the vibes. Do you have lift? Did you drop the transfer case or have an SYE? I had the vibes in my TJ between about 45-55mph, did the homebrew transfer case drop and they left.
When I lifted the XJ I did the drop at the same time and all is well.

Just my 2 cents.

Its probably something to do with the front end. Check the trac bar and balljoints. Mine wobbled because my track bar mount on the axle was wollered out but I drilled it out and put a bigger bolt in and my problem was fixed
