Default Throttle body return spring

Is there a writeup somewhere on how to remove the spring? It looks like it is pop riveted in there?
I want to change the spring because it is sticking and not closing the butterfly correctly.

Try the OEM cherokee tech section, you may find the answer there from all the folks that have rebuilt their 4.0's. Good luck to you boss

Carb spray and a small wire brush will remove the gunk build up in the throttle body causing the sticking. See this once in a while.
