Default Thinking of pulling the dash on the '99...

The 99 is my wifes xj and I swear it smells like it has some Ganja in the dash!! We bought it from a used car dealer with only 60,000 miles on it. The dash has a few rattles in it like it's been removed before and after it sits closed up for a few hours the smell of weed is overwhelming in the vehicle Was told by some friends of mine that the guy we bought it from is known to move some "merchandise" from time to time... I know I bought my 93 from him several years ago and I found a quarter (7g's) tucked under seat when I got it home. Bought a old VW golf from him as well and it had a dime tucked in the seat. I guess I posted this wondering if anyone else's xj around the same year has a similar smell? None of my others do but they are older models and I was thinking maybe it's a assembly material/adhesive or something that I'm still smelling in the '99 after it sets in the heat for a little while??? Smells like the good stuff though....

A pot smoker will tend to lose his stash, where as a crack smoker never loses his, but you end up losing your stereo because of the crack smoker. A pot smoker will only take your Twinkies.

If you've bought it recently.....well I don't know, even then. You could always take it to the police station and have them run the dog around it? Not sure how you would avoid the responsibility though if any was found...heh.
