is there a cb panel in the engine compartment??

Default is there a cb panel in the engine compartment??

first off hey guys first post on the site!!! i have an 89 cherokee loredo i6 4 door not sure if all that helps but i am having a problem with lighting. i just got the jeep and it was everything i was wanting to do so i got it and ever since it seems like hell broke loose on my electrical system. it looks like curcuit city vomited in my engine compartment!!! N E ways when i turn my running lights on none of them come on but my lights do wt@!! i looked by my foot at the cb pnl inside and changed out most of my fuses and put all the ones missing in. the chiltons said look at the cb pnl in the engine compartment but i cant find it. PLEASE HELP any advice will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

By CB panel, do you mean the power distribution center? On my 93 it is by the battery

yes sorry, is there a fuse that would run the running lights there??
