Dose anyone know where to purchase the weld on hing and latch I would need to make a swing out tire carrier for the bumper im planning. (see the link) Would like to get all the steel and hardware for that together before I start fabing anything up on the bumper. Any suggestions would be appreciated

there's a big truck that has "comp 4x4" painted on the side of it just down the street from me. i'm assuming the owner. pretty cool.
