I'm running a 8.5in long arm with no sway bars and yes i do have massive amounts of body roll but i haven't rolled it yet, and i have taken some pretty nasty corners faster then i should have, but if you have a feel for you jeep and know what it is capable of you should be fine with out

 

i had mine disconnected for a loooong time but i have it know with disconnects cuz i found with it out for a long period of time daily driving it , i started to sag out the right rear leaf spring . because of dd mine everydAY to work . i always have it in on the street now and always out on the trail.
