AAL can firm up the ride and make it "bad". Also an AAL can sag overtime, but a sagging AAL is better that blocks.
i think im gonna go with the lift you suggested, i slept on it, researched it, an canceled my order with quadratec and im going to order one from rustys tonight

I've heard good things about the rusty's BB because it's a full leaf, not a short leaf.

I believe your going to need u-bolts as well. Not sure if it comes with the kit or not.

No, you HAVE to replace you u-bolts. NEVER re-use a set of ubolts...

Are you installing this, or having a shop install it?

Does anybody know how that Rusty's 2in add a leaf holds up sagging wise? I may try this setup.

I park my stock height 95 next to a stock height 2000 quite often, and the front is the same, his rear sits about 1/4-1/2" inch higher. He also has 80k less miles, so im guessing its just that older ones tend to have more worn out springs.

I've always been told to absolutely never re use bolts, especially stock that have been on for 10 plus years. It was something about how they react when they're tightened correctly and once you take them off they aren't as strong/won't stay tight. It's just cheap insurance. I think I payed $35 shipped for my ubolts.
