I have read allot about frame stiffeners for the steering box and I am considering one.I am also in the market for a bumper for the front. My question is ... Do I need to be concerned with the bumper fitting properly after I install a set of frame plates for the steering area?I don't want to waste money and buy something that I am going to have to take off.I read about the jrc bumper that comes with frame supports, and allot of you seem to like them. Please let me know what you have done on your rig to brace the steering box without causing issue with fitting a bumper.

Most after market bumpers come with an extended mount which acts as a frame stiffener. You can get the steering spacer from JCR (i believe thats who sells it). These work together with out any problems. There is also a steering brace that stiffens up the pitman arm area, many places sell this.
