If they do fit then yes your jeep will be higher and it's gonna ride like a dump truck and have no suspension flex whats so ever.
Those springs are worth more in scrap than being on your XJ because they have no business being on your XJ.
Just do it right and get the correct ones or stay stock.

It was a typo they were from a 2500 Their about the same size the coils are just bigger In like diameter. I'm 16 and I was about to take them out and my mom came out screaming at me thinking i was going to get hurt.

Ok well since your young then I'll cut you some slack since I have done pretty stupid things to.

Don't use the 2500 springs. They are for a heavier truck the XJ does not have enough to make them compress at all.

Unless you have a coil compresser then your mom would be right... That spring could come out and take your arm with it! The springs are the same up front from a 2500 and a 3500... Both made to keep that Cummins off the ground. You can get some springs from a Mercury Cougar or a Ford Thunderbird V6 and they will give you about 4 inches up front. You can get them at any junkyard in the northern hemisphere for about $25
