Coil spring compressors...Well, that is the only "SAFE" way to do it. I bit the bullet and paid the $65 for mine and they have paid for themselves many times over in saved skinned knuckles and not knocking my front teeth out trying to compress coils some half-assed way.

spring compressors, they make it so much easier, you can go to an auto parts store and borrow them, like 50 bucks but they give u the money back when u return it good luck

you can also take your swaybar link off, lca bolt out on the side that youre working on, and jack one side up with a jack to lower the side that youre putting it in. do the opposite when you move to the other side.

ya the thing with swaybars is im putting 4.5" springs in to stock with the upper control arms on and well its pretty hard and i plan on lift more trucks ill just buy one
