Ok this may sound dumb but can you cut spacers in half? I have 1.5inch spacers(not on) and I want to level my front out but I dont wanna put all 1.5 inches on just like 3/4 inch. Has anyone done this? Or should I just man up and buy 3/4 inch ones?

Hacksaw should work. Some of them have a steal core so you might have to work at it.

How is the rear Lifted? You say you have RE in front but are vague in the rear. Say, If you are running a B-pack or extended shackle you might beable to lower the rear instead.. How new are the springs F&R? They might settle some. 3/4 Spacers are cheap, I'd get new. You can sell the 1.5" for almost the same price.

By the way, my avatar is BFG 30, 3.5" in the rear and 5.5" in the front, Slip the 1.5" in see what it looks like. The 5.5 was too high for the 3.5 in the back, IMO. But it would work fine for 4-4.5 in the rear. Make the Jeep sit level. Mine looked like the rear was sagging 1".

Well I peiced the lift. I got the front springs from a buddy and I have RC shackels in the rear and Skips springs( here in Vegas) added a full leaf and respung the whole pack and all new bolts and parts. My rear is sitting about 5 inches and my front about 3.5. I just wanna bring it up to 4.25ish

u can take it to a job shop and they should be able to face it back for you. it wouldn't cost much. otherwise, i would put it in the vise and cut it with a porta-band or a hacksaw. and then hit it with a belt sander or a grinder.
