Default Some pretty sweet pics!

So I live in a small country town. And my stepbrother came home on 4 days leave. Long story short, we went country cruisin and I pulled a burnout, Got both of em goin, which surprised me. I waited a few days, and took these pics. The sun was just about perfect. Enjoy.

I agree. transfer cases are to expensive to mess up just for a burnout.

lol...10-4 on that one

once, when i had my first jeep, it was a 95 YJ with the 4.0, my friend and i were driving down one of the more highly traveled streets in my faily small town, and i had the top and doors off...there was a kid sitting on the back of his parents car, throwing crap at cars as they went by...no one did anything about it until i came along

what ever it was it was hard, bc i could hear it when what he threw hit the car in front of me, so he does it to me..and you know, like i said, i had no top or doors, and so i was exposed

he threw this thing, and it got me in the arm...

i SLAMMED on the brakes, locking all 4 up with smoke rolling off all 4 tires, i was going about 40 by the way, and no one was behind me, so i threw it in reverse and stood on it with smoke coming from both rears...then when i got back to him locked them up again..

you should have seen the look on this dumb kinds face...he was about 7 or so...and i said a few words to him...something along the lines of, one of these times, some one is going to get outa their car and beat his ***...he jumped off the car and ran for all he was worth back into his house..i drove back by about 20 min later, and he still wasnt out there..lol..

if you're spinning only rear tires in 4 hi, then something is wrong with your transfer case or front diff. When you power brake, you're getting the brakes to hold the front wheels still while the back break free... hence transfer case grenade.

Not sure what renix's are, but from what I think, no. It's a 97.

And I want to see some of these brake torque 4Hi burnouts. Please take a video of you putting it into 4Hi and burning em, and not moving. I'll send you a tcase afterward.
