The holes about an inch higher so they'll hold a little more, don't know exact amount.

This G2 is one of the best looking diff covers I've seen for the Chrysler 8.25, love the drain bolt, not paying DOUBLE the price of the Solid though.

I don't think the G2's even come with bolts, the Solid comes with some cool looking gold iodized allen bolts.

A heads up for you guys in this thread that just purchased the Solid, it was not a PERFECT fit. Two of the allen bolts wouldn't go all the way in until I took my drill and bored out the screw hole on the diff cover a little, no big deal, didn't take much, about 30 seconds each to do the two holes, yours may not even have this problem.

Mine was fine on my 30 and both my 8.25's.

Wish It had hex head bolts, it's a PITA to use that 1/4" Allen key socket without air tools.

huh that's interesting and while it may not have been a big deal it should've been a perfect fit, I would have let them know at the least... and if I didn't need the jeep right away would've requested another... maybe I'm a little **** at times but ........
