Default Snow and Ice techniques?

Tiss the season for a thread like this I think. Seems like most of us are going to be in "it" soon. Any takers?

Yeah, just punch it and use momentum When that fails, try it again.

Always go Slow on ur first trip through new spots. snow tends to hide alot of things like stumps, rocks, and big ledges. once u have ur line and u know its clear hit the gas! after u lose momentum Stop!! other wise u end up high centered in a real hurry. then just back up and and giver again.
(there is def finnese needed if the snow is deep or your going up hill)
