Snapped alternator stud
Take it to an alternator/starter shop - they should be able to fix you back up for a few bucks in about ten to fifteen minutes. Problem solved, and cheaper than buying a whole replacement alternator!

I ended up just taking off that plastic gaurd and that freed up some room. Then i just put it back over top with some zip ties lol

Make sure the stud won't flex into the case! If it does, you hope the fusible link blows out before something bad happens! We're talking about s 400-600A spark here...
