Makes no sense unless its 2wd. Would be a sight to see a xj on the local strip around here.

I don't see why a 2WD Cherokee couldn't be dropped and hotrodded. Tub the rear and put a big block in it. Would actually be pretty cool, in my opinion.

weather its a 2wd or a 4wd i think lowering is stupid... thats an s10 thing, xj's or jeeps in general are a rugged vehicle... besides the srt or any newer jeeps of course

Just get an s-10 or something else to lower, that would be better than a XJ.

THIS is what you do with 2WD cherokees!

NO EXCEPTIONS!
Theres a few 4WD's but 98% look like they're 2WD.

Would I do this with a 2WD XJ? You can bet your @ss I would!!!

Well a 2WD Cherokee isn't very good for honest offroading, and people diss it for that.

People do other things with it, like trying to drop it, and people slam it for that.

The poor 2WD Cherokee can't win, it seems.

if mine was a 2x4 i would lower it, put some larger sways on it, and autocross it. our 95 2x4 killed most cars light to light so lowering it would've been badass. i never thought about it because it had the tow package on it and rode stiff enough that it went through the turns fine but now, muuaa haaah ahahhhhh, you could have a badass autocross vehicle with 4.0, auto, 3.73 rear end.

hmmmmmmm

Why, why, why, why, would anyone lower a 4 wheel drive vehicle period? At the best it's an oxymoron, at the worst, it's just plain stupid. You can get just about any 4WD model vehicle in a 2WD as well. Ya ever seen a 4WD dually lowered? I have, I almost lost my lunch, and i hadn't even ate lunch yet! Just my opinion.
