Yep! I actually got pulled over by a cop in a Dodge there a few weeks back (not wearing a seatbelt... d'oh!)... I asked if it's okay to drive back there and he said yeah, as long as the vehicle is registered and insured, you're allowed on the roads. "But," he added, "these roads are kind of rough, so you probably don't want to be on them."

"Er," I replied, "that's sort of, you know, WHY I'm on them."

But yeah, totally legal.
