Default should i cut it out of repair the rust

i know u can cut this out but idk how to and what to cut and why would i cut it out why would it help me out more room to flex i have no clue
the second pic is the over all jeep just cuz i took it at the same time

If you wanna see it trimmed, Check out Dukie. He did a trim and fold to his. Its in the Jeep builds under Project Danger Cart.

looks nice idk looks funny and what would it do keep mud out and re rusting it or what

yeah just cut it! and get a bumper that wraps around the sides same as the front

Here you go. Esiest mod I have ever done. I think it took me less than an hour per side. All you need is a sawzall/grinder, rivet gun and that heavy duty seam sealer. Mine wasn't even rusty, I just taught it would look awesome and I think it does.
