soo my belt is sqeaking pretty bad and i was jw if the simple soloution is to just buy a new or is there more to it? thanks!

It depends. How does your belt look? It could be the cause or you could have a bad componemt/pulley in there.

I got my self a goodyear gatorback belt. Best belt you can get for a jeep, you will never have to worry about the belt again. I got mine on amazon, just search goodyear gatorback, cost like 30-40 bucks.
