Default Seat question

Is there a seat that will mount directly to the frame that my current seat is on with little modification or none at all? The seat in my 88 sits to high I am 6'9 and have no head room unless I turn my head sideways. I have no head room and would like a little head room since it is my DD. If my sunroof opened I suppose I could just open that and stick my head out it but the previous owner siliconed it shut because the glass did not fit properly.

Thanks in advance.

Don't know if they're any shorter or not but if I'm not mistaken grand Cherokee seats fit...maybe... Cool name by the way.

Nothing from anything other than a 84-94 XJ will be a direct bolt in, not even a ZJ seat.

Get a seat that has been extremely worn LOL. My brothers seat is much lower than mine for some reason and i feel like i am in a low rider.

For some reason my 98 seats feel lower than my 2000 seats. Softer foam too. Would you be able to modify the brackets and lower them?

I'm sure I could find a way to modify the brackets if need be.

I would take apart the seat and see if you can cut the foam down some. Wouldn't be a bad idea to try it on a cheap junk yard seat first....
