Rusty's kit is absolute crap. I like most of their stuff, but they failed at this one. I swapped it in to replace my stock set up and went back to the stock set up. That alone should say something. I would go with Serious'.

did the steering in that vid have a poly spacer on the TRE? yes they wear out about every 6 months, but it does stop the tie rod roll.

i was just installed. brand new. poly spacers do not stop the TRE roll. they alleviate it to an extent but its never gone.

It seems like the ones that work the best have the tie rod right on the knuckle, no spacers

So what is the difference between the Serious kit and JCR steering kit? They both use 1 ton components and 1.25 tubing. What is the difference? What makes one better than the other?

Couldn't answer that for sure, but i would tell ya after seeing that jcr act like that with zero miles on it I wouldn't buy that crap. Someone said earlier the currie setup was good, ive never seen that one. What setup do they use?

I just checked out the currie site, it looks like theirs doesn't have the poly spacers and it mounts the tie rod right on the knuckle. That seems more stable. Correct me if im mistaken. But the currie was like 500 bucks.

nowhere did I say it was or wasnt a JCR kit. I said its the same style. JCR makes great products.

here is the currie steering. by far the BEST bolt on steering I have ever seen. http://www.currieenterprises.com/ces...t.aspx?id=1219
