I think I would want to beef up the axle mounts and switch to Jonny joints when the heims are toast

It just seams like this is the best compromise for $ in a bolt on long arm. I guess I might have to be a test dummy

How do the rk arms mount up ?

you just need to make sure you keep rubber in the 4 link for deflection... otherwise youll rip mounts off.

brackets forward of the factory crossmember. mine are bolted through the framerails with sleeves and welded.

Not sure my post was clear. I ment keep the rubber in the axle side but upgrade the heim joints to jj on the frame side when they wear out.

Even on a daily driven rig I never worried about it.

Just got the kit form a yard off another 90 xj. They look solid but havent installed yet. Looks like a decent amount of cutting and drilling. Im worried about the joints not being rebuildable though. Thats the only down side I found so far. Hopefully will install soon.
