Default Rust converter recommendations

Looking for a 'proven' preferably water based rust converter that will convert rust into a solid black primer'ed surface. Not a rust dissolver.

So many brands out there i don't want to experiment with trial and error.

Chassis Saver is not a rust converter.

But if you use it as you are supposed to, it works very very well.

I have used it a ton and so have my buddies. you can pick it up at NAPA. at least around here you can
