Will the wheels from a rubicon fit on an 87 Cherokee? I can also get the coil springs if they will fit the front.

The wheels from an 06 or earlier will be a direct fit. They are a 16" wheel. Not sure about the springs.

The wheels are 17" off of a 2008 model.

Yes if you get wheel spacers/adapters for your axles. Assuming you have stock
Axles. They have a 5x5 bolt pattern and you have a 4.5x5 bolt pattern.
