Alright so today i got my Ex gf (we are still really good friends) to test her flex out. and well... Lets just say there is a reason i do not buy any Rough Country stuff.

here are the specs:
hers:
Rough Country 4.5" lift with full packs and no sway bars(disconnected) 4,000 miles on this lift too

mine:
5" front 6.5" rear no sway bars.

we have the same shocks (rusty's-i changed them out) and factory bump stops.


so almost identical ish right? btw we are both open/open so we just left it in 2wd and went until we lost traction in one wheel and could not move any more.

What r u runnin. Is that rustys. Thats a nice jeep she has though. Question though, why is she your exgirlfriend. Its not everyday you fine a good lookin girl that likes jacked up XJs. You better make nice and get her back dood.

 

yes.... yes.. i know EX gf i know..... hahaha but its rusty's coils, some random CL leaf packs that were unmarked and i added/rearranged a few leafs. Rusty's shocks, Rubicon express adjustable upper and lowers. Rusty's QD's. my build thread has it all

 

Yeah now that you mention it i think ive seen the build before. Cause Im runnin all rusty's and mine dont flex up as good as yours. better then hers, but not like yours. thats crazy. I prob need to replace my controll arms. Im still runnin stock arms with about 5".

 

yeah i would change those out.... Stockers will limit you on flex bad!

 

Yea but it also looks like you have a little bit more trimming up front and if your rear really is 2 inches taller.... I would expect it to flex more. But... that is like 2 xj lengths longer and i dont think the things mentioned would make that much of a difference lol
