ok, so i had a problem with my used track bar, so i looked around for the part number for the tie rod end. i emailed them and got an answer. then, for verification, i went to the live chat and asked them the same question. here was my chat. see the confusion?

They want the business duh. You are asking for their help but not buying from them. Of course they want to sell it and not have napa sell it. I don't go ask ford for their info then go to Toyota.

What? I was told by RC that that was the part number. Then went to double check and was told different.

no confusion, i just thought it was funny how he said it has to be bought from them, then said it was correct.
