Love the look of the roof baskets on Cherokees but I can't find em for sale anywhere! I found some online but they were all like $250+ and I'm not about to pay that for a metal basket! Can someone tell me where you got yours and what you paid??? And please post a pic if you have one!!

I bought a yakima load warrior with fairing used from the local ford dealer in my home town for $50. i noticed he had another one so i bought one for my dads jeep too. i picked up both for 100 bucks. re painted them flat black. tool some of my left over vinyl from odd jobs and made 2 pretty cool decals for the fairings. you can find them used cheap. call around to your local car dealers and craigslist is always your friend.

 

i just built mine out of 3/4" EMT electrical conduit. no welding all screw together

 

How does that mount to your roof?

Iv heard it was $90 for conduit materials to make roof rack at the cheapest!

 

That's why I didn't bother
