Looks about the size. I'm looking at going to buy this rack but it's like three hour away and he doesn't have any pictures of it on the xj which he no longer has.

I'll try to get measurements later. Looks almost the same to me, just different companies. Mine was made by BVG. I heard they were bought out by Thule within the last few years.
