You're correct. It's HREW.

WTF is Zen Cart?

Might it be cheaper to make my own cage with DOM?

It's cheaper than buying one pre-built or bent from DOM. Shop around for it though, some places are charging outrageous prices for DOM right now, I've seen it as high as $10-12 a foot from some online suppliers.

See post #13, I posted the link there. It's T&J/Barnett performance.

Sure, if you already have a bender or want to build your cage with no bends in it. I figure I'd have twice as much invested had I used DOM and bought a bender.

... not really. You can build a cage for less than 700 bucks including the price of a bender?

No, I couldn't find the same link I bought mine from either. It used to be right on their website.

Found in Google images.

Maybe this link works.

http://barnettperformance.net/index....&products_id=7

This cage comes with plates intended to sandwich the floor and bolt down.

It really needs to be braced to the unibody.

It also limits the use of your glove box. Other than that, it fits great and retains alot of factory interior room and leg room.

I added harness bars and big *** X behind my front seats.

A quality cage, no. The one pictured? Yeah or close to it.

The DOM is well under $700.

You typically don't factor in the cost of tools on something like this as it's a separate expense but you can build a bender with .25 wall square tube, a bottle jack, and die for under $300.

I'm sure you could I'll be damned if I'm building a whole cage using vertical bottle jack pipe kinker.

I'm referring to a quality bender. None of that harbor freight style junk.
