Default Rock Sliders: Your Opinion

Here's another local fabricator touting his wares on Craigslist. What do you guys think? $185 without the step rails. I'm just not aware of what steel thickness should be or how big is too big when it comes to stuff like this. So, your opinions and educatin' are welcome! Thanks!

1/8" is a little to thin in my opinion.

X2 my sliders are 3/16" wall , Also you will need some sort of plate to bolt to the uni frame and they have no pinch rail mounting locations .

If I was you I would pass.

I bought my Rigid Fab sliders www.Rigidco.com for $190 (local p/u)
I have had the entire weight of the XJ on the driver side slider an they did not flex or deform an still kept my door off the rock . I have pics of them installed and the install process in my build thread
