Anyone know if rock ratz is still in business? I made an order 5 days ago and haven't gotten any sort of confirmation. None of the phone numbers work and the address seems to be some random home address. I did manage to send an email without it being rejected.

I'm a little worried an pissed that they would list numbers that aren't theirs and not give any sort of order confirmation. They do use PayPal, so worst comes to worse, I file a claim and get my money back.

Anyone deal with these guys lately?

 

I can try a friend of mine he knows one of the owners and see whats up they are in phoenix AZ. I have dealt with them and it was good but its been a while.

 

That would be great! If he's on the forums I'd like to ask him too.

I just dont understand why some little kid answered the phone and seemed to have no idea what rock ratz 4x4 was. And the 888 number they have is for some random free horoscope.

 

I just got an email from my buddy i think its his personal one so let me see if it is his and he is indeed the owner before i give it out. i will post back as soon as i heard something.

Sorry i did not get back sooner but i have not heard anything yet. Not sure if he has access to the email on the weekend or not. But nothing yet this morning.
